How can we help
A) Request of Residence Permit in Italy
Comprehensive legal assistance for residence permits: issuance, renewal, conversions, and long-term permits. We manage applications through postal kit or Questura, resolving delays or denials
Application via postal kit
We assist you in completing the postal kit required to apply for a residence permit, providing full support throughout the entire process — from document preparation to your appointment for collection.
Application by appointment at the police station (Questura)
If your residence permit application must be submitted at the Police Headquarters (Questura), we will book the appointment on your behalf and assist you in person during the appointment.
B) Acceleration of the process
If you submitted your application at least 180 days ago and have not yet been called or received it, we will send a formal notice.
We will personally visit or contact the offices to check the status of your application and verify if there are any issues.
We will send a formal notice, via certified email (PEC) to the Police Headquarters. The purpose is to put the authorities in a position to decide on your application within 30 days.
What if the formal notice is not enough?
In this case, it is necessary to file an appeal with the court or the Administrative Regional Court (TAR).
Through the appeal, which only a lawyer can file, we will ask the judge to order the Police Headquarters to issue the permit or residency card.
Additionally, we will request compensation for all the damages you have suffered due to the delay.
C) Notice of Intended Rejection
If you have received a notice of intended rejection (preavviso di rigetto), seeking immediate advice from an experienced immigration lawyer is essential. This is a critical stage in the procedure, where timely and strategic action can make the difference.
We provide a thorough legal assessment of the grounds for the proposed refusal, identify the most effective response strategy, and assist you in preparing a strong and well-documented reply — significantly improving your chances of a favorable outcome
