Navigating the Italian legal system and bureaucracy can be overwhelming and frustrating—even for Italians. I know this firsthand, which is exactly why I created Legally Italy: to provide clear, dedicated support and assistance to foreigners with interests in Italy.

I graduated from Università degli Studi di Roma “La Sapienza” and, after being admitted to the Bar, I spent seven years at a prestigious law firm, handling complex civil and litigation cases.

I then founded my own firm, specializing in civil law and expanding my practice to include immigration law—particularly visas, residence permits, and Italian citizenship through the administrative route (by marriage and residency).

For the past six years, I’ve been helping Italian descendants obtain Italian dual citizenship through jure sanguinis (citizenship by descent). My interest in this field grew from studying gender discrimination in Europe’s and Italy’s legal history, including citizenship laws that once denied Italian women the right to pass their nationality to their children- an inequality that still impacts the jure sanguinis citizenship recognition process today.

Alongside my legal practice, I am a certified Civil and Commercial Mediator and serve as a Delegated Professional at the Court of Rome, assisting the nominating judge in real estate enforcement procedures (as a court-appointed specialist).

Whether you’re seeking legal support, expert advice, or practical guidance on your next steps, I’m here to help. Feel free to reach out—I look forward to working with you.
